At Reward360, we’re looking to hire a ‘VP – People & Culture’ …and before we take this search wider, I wanted to reach out to my own network first.
We’re looking for someone who believes that culture is not a department…it’s the foundation of how great companies scale.
This is a key leadership role that will work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape the next phase of Reward360’s global growth journey…as we strengthen our presence across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, while expanding into newer international markets in the West.
A quick snapshot of who we’re looking for:
✦ 8–12 years of experience across Talent Acquisition, Business HR & Learning / Leadership Development
✦ Strong business orientation…not just transactional HR
✦ A people-first leader with high EQ and a coaching mindset
✦ Experience in IT / Fintech / B2B SaaS environments would be a strong plus
✦ This role will lead Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Compliance, and Business HR teams
