The L&D and OD will serve as a strategic leader responsible for shaping the organization’s continuous learning culture, talent capability, and organizational effectiveness. This role demands a unique blend of high-level OD strategy and deep expertise in Instructional Design. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced educational theories and psychological frameworks to architect, deploy, and measure high-impact behavioral learning programs that drive leadership excellence and cultural transformation.
KRA’s:
1. Strategic L&D & OD Leadership:
– Align the overarching L&D and OD strategy with long-term business goals, scaling capabilities to meet future organizational needs.
– Lead organizational diagnostic exercises to identify systemic opportunities for behavioral change and alignment.
– Design and execute change management frameworks to support large-scale business transformations, mergers, or shifts in corporate strategy.
– Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on leadership development, succession planning, and team dynamics.
2. Advanced Instructional Design & Framework Architecture:
– Serve as the internal SME on instructional systems design, applying cognitive, behavioral, and adult learning theories to organizational challenges.
– Oversee the end-to-end curriculum architecture for behavioral, leadership, and soft-skills interventions across all levels of management.
– Establish rigorous measurement matrices using advanced evaluation models to demonstrate the tangible ROI of learning interventions on business metrics.
3. Behavioral Program Delivery & Facilitation:
– Personally facilitate high-stakes behavioral, emotional intelligence, and leadership workshops for mid-to-senior executives.
Role Requirements & Qualifications:
Education & Academic Background:
– Ph.D. in Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, or a closely related academic discipline is mandatory.
Experience:
– Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience within corporate L&D, OD, or talent management functions.
– Proven track record of designing, scaling, delivering complex, long-term behavioral learning programs.
Core Competencies:
– Mastery of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning Design).
– Deep understanding of psychometric tools, behavioral diagnostic frameworks, and coaching methodologies.
