We are hiring a Technology Recruitment Lead for our client. This is a Hybrid role – and can be based in Pune (preferred) or Hyderabad or Noida.
Client: A Europe HQ’ed large and fast growing SAP and Technology Consulting firm. They have 1000+ employees across multiple offices in India and multiple countries
Primary responsibility is to lead a team for hiring for SAP and other technologies.
Key Responsibilities
– Drive recruitment strategy
– Manage large-scale hiring programs across regions
– Lead TA teams
– Stakeholder engagement
– Optimize hiring metrics (TAT, TTF, CPH etc)
– Optimize Hiring processes
– Use AI in the entire hiring process
– Strengthen employer branding
– Improve candidate experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
– 10+ years of Technology Hiring experience
– Global hiring experience
– Good experience in SAP, SAP SuccessFactors & MuleSoft hiring
– Recruitment transformation exposure
– Can connect with hiring managers and sales managers to understand upcoming mandates
– Employer branding leadership
– Workforce planning
– Talent & Hiring analytics
– Have used AI in the Recruitment Process
– Can do detailed and regular reporting
– Has done Industry Mapping
– Pleasant Personality & Professional Attitude
– Good communication and presentation
– Can relocate to Pune
Budgets for this role are around 20-27 LPA
