Scrabble is hiring a Senior HR leader for a fast-growing startup based in Bangalore.

We are looking for candidates who bring:

• 10–15 years of experience in HRBP
• Extensive exposure to high-growth startup ecosystems, with experience across early to scale-up stages (0–1, 1–10, 10–100)
• Degree from a Tier 1 college (Mandatory)
• Ability to join within 45 days
