HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Sales!
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead the Sales HRBP function for a designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders to drive performance and growth.
– Lead and manage organizational change initiatives within the sales function.
– Ensure end-to-end recruitment for Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and frontline teams, including third-party payroll.
– Drive training and development initiatives to enhance leadership capability and sales effectiveness.
– Design and implement employee engagement interventions.
– Manage and drive the performance management process for key stakeholders.
Must Have:
– Proficiency in managing and operating Darwinbox (end-to-end).
– 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
– Hands-on experience in managing employee benefits and HR operations.
