HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Gurgaon | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Looking to bring on board a dynamic HRBP with 2–4 years of experience who’s ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🕒 Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (office-based role, 5 days a week)
💼 What we’re looking for:
– Candidates from SaaS, service-based, or technology-driven organizations
– Experience handling large business verticals (Tech / Sales preferred)
– Strong understanding of:
– Performance Management
– Employee Engagement
– Stakeholder Management
– MBA is mandatory
– Ability to align HR strategies with business goals
⚠️ Due to shift timings, we are specifically looking for male candidates who are comfortable working in this schedule
