Role Objective:
We are looking to hire a senior business leader who would drive the overall Electronics category for Moglix. The role involves managing Customers/Vendors/Suppliers/OEMs for the assigned category products and requires strong understanding of products, distribution channel, strategic sourcing and extensive usage of data analytics. This role demands the candidate to be a go-getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking.
Role Responsibilities:
– Driving overall health of the category – financial as well as operational
– Scouting, evaluating, and executing inorganic expansion opportunities.
– Handle end-to-end category planning, growth planning, and achieving top-line and bottom-line for category
– Work closely with suppliers, majorly brands, and engage them in joint business plans with promise of growth and scale
– Developing & executing business plan & strategy for growing the assigned category
– Customer retention & development and new customer acquisition
– Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring of the NPS score vis-a-vis Inventory Management, Delivery SLA, Product Quality, Returns/Cancellations, etc.
– Work with merchandising teams on promotional planning and merchandising on the sales platforms
Work Experience:
– 13+ years of experience in similar space.
– Field sales exp in B2B Industrial products-pref. from Electronics industry
Knowledge/ Skills:
– Excellent Sales & Business Development skills. Strong communication and analytical skills Essential
– High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch Essential
– High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets
Education: B. Tech. & MBA from a Reputed Institute Essential
