Job Purpose
National Sales Manager to lead the sales and distribution team and develop the Standards sales strategy in line with overall Organizational objective.
Role & responsibilities
- Driving sales objectives in sales & distribution pan India.
- Building a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
- Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to the existing customer base
- Building strong relationships with key accounts
- Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning
- Work in liaison with the marketing team on product launch and development of long term strategies
- Implement approved promotional plans through the reporting field force to achieve the set objectives.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products & services
- Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond.
- Channel & Infra Development
- Way of Working – Area Heads/Branch Product Heads/RSMs
- Cross Functional Collaboration – Marcom, HR, Service
- Manage P&L for given line of business
