National Sales Manager (Standard Vertical) – Noida

Job Purpose

National Sales Manager to lead the sales and distribution team and develop the Standards sales strategy in line with overall Organizational objective.

Role & responsibilities

  • Driving sales objectives in sales & distribution pan India.
  • Building a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to the existing customer base
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts
  • Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning
  • Work in liaison with the marketing team on product launch and development of long term strategies
  • Implement approved promotional plans through the reporting field force to achieve the set objectives.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products & services
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond.
  • Channel & Infra Development
  • Way of Working – Area Heads/Branch Product Heads/RSMs
  • Cross Functional Collaboration – Marcom, HR, Service
  • Manage P&L for given line of business
