A high-growth Consumer Tech organization is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Marketing to lead brand building, digital growth, and customer acquisition at scale.
We are specifically seeking candidates from D2C / Consumer Tech / Internet-first businesses who have successfully built and scaled brands from the ground up driving the journey from 0 to 100 through strong ownership of brand strategy, digital growth, P&L management, customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate should bring a blend of brand thinking, analytical capability, growth mindset, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the overall marketing strategy across Brand, Digital, Performance, Content, CRM, and Consumer Growth.
– Build and scale a consumer-facing brand in a highly competitive digital ecosystem.
– Own end-to-end customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth metrics.
– Drive the companys growth journey from early-stage scale-up to market leadership.
– Manage large-scale monthly marketing spends and optimize ROI across channels.
– Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, content, partnerships, and offline activations.
– Build a strong brand identity, positioning, and consumer recall in the market.
– Own marketing P&L, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other core business metrics.
– Work closely with Product, Sales, Founders, and Business teams to drive growth initiatives.
– Lead consumer insights, market research, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven decision making.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– 10-18 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Building, Digital Growth, or Consumer Acquisition.
– Must have worked with high-growth D2C, Consumer Tech, Internet, Marketplace, Fintech, Edtech, Foodtech, Quick Commerce, or App-based consumer businesses.
– Strong exposure to performance marketing, digital campaigns, growth funnels, and consumer lifecycle management.
– Hands-on experience managing large marketing budgets and growth metrics.
– Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital ecosystems, and growth analytics.
– Experience in scaling businesses from early-stage to high-growth phases will be highly preferred.
– Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capability.
– Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Educational Qualification:
– MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute preferred.
