A leading Mobile Accessories / Consumer Electronics company is looking to onboard a dynamic Brand Head who has successfully built and scaled consumer electronics brands through strong 360-degree marketing leadership.
Role Overview:
The Brand Head will own the complete brand charter-from strategy to execution-driving brand visibility, market penetration, and consumer preference across offline and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
– Define and execute end-to-end brand strategy for mobile accessories portfolio
– Lead 360-degree marketing including ATL, BTL, Digital, Influencer, PR, Trade & Retail Marketing
– Build strong brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer engagement
– Drive product launches, GTM strategies, and campaign planning
– Manage media planning, performance marketing, and ROI tracking
– Work closely with product, sales, ecommerce, and retail teams
– Own brand budgets, agency management, and marketing calendars
– Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competition analysis
Mandatory Experience & Skills:
– Proven experience as Brand Head / Marketing Head in Consumer Electronics / Mobile Accessories
– Strong background in building brands from ground up or scaling brands
– Hands-on experience in 360-degree marketing
– Exposure to offline + online (D2C, ecommerce, retail) ecosystems
– Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and creative orientation
