Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
– Define and drive the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals across all entities
– Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
– Lead HR transformation to enhance organizational effectiveness and scalability
End-to-End HR Management
– Oversee the complete HR lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement
– Ensure robust, scalable, and process-driven HR systems across all locations
Multi-Entity & Multi-Location Management
– Manage HR operations across multiple companies and geographies
– Harmonize HR policies and frameworks while addressing local regulatory and business requirements
Leadership Hiring & Talent Management
– Drive leadership hiring and build a strong succession pipeline for critical roles
– Identify high-potential talent and implement structured development and retention strategies
– Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives
Culture & Organizational Development
– Build and sustain a seamless, process-oriented, and high-performance culture across entities
– Drive employee engagement, organizational alignment, and change management initiatives
Mergers & Acquisitions (HR Perspective)
– Lead HR due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
– Assess organizational structures, talent quality, compensation frameworks, and cultural alignment during transactions
– Identify HR risks, liabilities, and integration challenges
– Drive post-merger integration including organization design, talent retention, policy harmonization, and culture integration
Stakeholder Management
– Partner closely with senior stakeholders& business heads
– Influence key decisions through data-driven insights, HR analytics, and strong business acume
