Regional Sales Manager
Location – Delhi
Qualification – MBA in Marketing from a Tier 1 institute with 12-15 years of experience in General Trade sales from leading FMCG companies only
Should have handled North Region with strong geographic knowledge in Uttar Pradesh state. Should be in capacity of RSM from past 2-3 years
Job Responsibility:
– Responsible for setting strategies and driving performance across region.
– Forecasting and Planning: Lead zonal level demand forecasting to support inventory planning
– Design and oversee channel strategies to ensure seamless distribution in region
– Develop and roll out the GTM strategy across the zone.
– Anticipate market trends
– Implement training programs for state and regional teams to improve performance
– Distributor Infrastructure Development
