Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager – HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning people’s initiatives with business goals. You will balance high-level organizational strategy with hands-on execution to maintain a high-performance culture during rapid scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
– Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
– Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to ensure the company’s growth and success.
– Design and execute robust performance management processes that drive accountability, engagement, and growth.
Learning & Development:
– Create and implement a continuous learning culture across the organization, ensuring employees have the tools and resources to grow.
– Lead the development of leadership and professional development programs to foster a highly skilled workforce.
– Identify skill gaps and introduce development programs tailored to the needs of the business and employees.
Employer Engagement & Culture:
– Champion employee engagement initiatives that align with the organization’s values and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
– Lead employee satisfaction and feedback surveys to drive actionable insights for improving the work environment.
– Develop strategies to enhance employee retention through tailored engagement and recognition programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
– Lead the compensation and benefits strategy to ensure market competitiveness, employee satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.
– Oversee salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, bonus and incentive programs, and benefit offerings.
– Provide guidance on executive compensation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
HR Operations:
– Oversee all HR operational activities, including HRIS management, payroll processing, employee records, and compliance with labor laws.
– Streamline HR processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a seamless employee experience.
– Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.
Leadership & Strategy:
– Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies are aligned with the business vision and goals.
– Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.
– Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
– Experience: 8+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent management, learning & development, employer engagement, compensation & benefits, and HR operations. Prior experience at a senior leadership level is essential.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
