Father’s Heartbreaking Plea After Son Dies of Alleged Electric Shock Near ISKCON Temple in Vrindavan

Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh: A tragic incident near the ISKCON Temple in Vrindavan has left a family devastated after a 21-year-old man allegedly died from an electric shock reportedly caused by a cooler installed outside the temple premises.

The victim, identified as Abhishek Gupta, a resident of Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, had travelled to Vrindavan with his family for a religious visit. According to family members, the accident occurred when Abhishek came into contact with a cooler that was allegedly carrying an electric current.

Witnesses said the young man collapsed after receiving the shock, triggering panic among devotees and bystanders in the area. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors reportedly declared him dead.

A heartbreaking video from the hospital has since gone viral on social media. The footage shows Abhishek’s father desperately trying to wake his son, repeatedly calling out, “Get up, son, your father is calling you.” The emotional scene has moved many viewers and sparked widespread grief online.

Family members have alleged that negligence led to the tragedy and have demanded a thorough investigation into how the cooler became electrically charged. They claim that proper safety measures could have prevented the fatal accident.

Local authorities have taken note of the incident and are reportedly investigating the circumstances surrounding the death. Officials are expected to examine the electrical setup near the temple and determine whether any lapses in maintenance or safety protocols contributed to the accident.

The incident has raised concerns about electrical safety at crowded religious sites, where thousands of devotees gather daily, especially during the summer season when cooling equipment is widely used.
