📍𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Pune
This is a Founder-in-a-scale-up opportunity. As an EIR, you will build and scale a new business from 0→1, acting as Founder/CEO with full P&L ownership. You’ll define the business model, build the MVP, acquire early customers, and create a repeatable GTM engine with strong leadership backing.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 & 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• B2B manufacturing and distribution Experience
• Identify and validate high-growth opportunities
• Own P&L, roadmap, and team end-to-end
• Build MVP, drive GTM, and scale the venture
• Founder or early-stage builder experience
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Hands-on execution mindset and comfort with ambiguity
