Scrabble is mandated to hire for a fast-scaling, AI-native startup building agent-driven systems to automate real-world operational workflows.
What you’ll own:
• End-to-end product execution (problem → shipped outcomes)
• Prioritization and tradeoff decisions
• Product × Engineering × GTM alignment
• Execution cadence, roadmap clarity, and outcome tracking
What we’re looking for:
• 5–10 years in high-growth product environments
• Strong 0→1 or 1→10 experience
• Ability to drive execution in ambiguity
• Comfort with AI/data-heavy systems (RAG, agents, automation)
• Founding PM / early-stage / ex-founder background is a plus
