We’re looking for a strong HR Business Partner at Livspace to drive people and business outcomes in a fast-scaling environment. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on team effectiveness and performance.

What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of HRBP experience, preferably in high-growth/startup setups
• Strong capability across performance, engagement and org effectiveness
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate with ownership in ambiguous environments
