We are hiring a 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 who brings 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 combined with strong hands‑on experience in finance systems and digital solutions.

This is a 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼‑𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲, requiring the individual to 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆‑𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 across ERP, Reconciliation tools, process discovery, analytics, automation, process optimization and AI‑based finance initiatives.

The role works closely with 𝗖𝗙𝗢𝘀, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗙𝗣&𝗔 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, along with IT and digital teams, to deliver scalable, well‑governed finance transformation outcomes.

This role is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗧 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀. Experience across both finance and technology is essential.

✅ CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
✅ 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗙𝗣&𝗔, 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗥𝗲𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗣𝟮𝗣
✅ Experience working on large‑scale finance transformation programs
✅ Hands‑on 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼‑𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 with ERP / EPM platforms
✅ Exposure to 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗜‑𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
✅ Ability to work effectively with 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗜𝗧, 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀
✅ Exposure to smart close, finance control towers or finance CoE models
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience in 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗚𝗖𝗖𝘀
