Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement short-term and long-term brand strategies
Define brand positioning, target audience, and value proposition
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
2. Product Management
Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch
Coordinate with R&D and production teams for new product development
Ensure product quality and packaging aligns with brand standards
3. Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing campaigns (TV, digital, retail, etc.)
Manage advertising, promotions, and media planning
Work closely with agencies for creative development
4. Sales & Distribution Support
Collaborate with sales team to drive product visibility and availability
Design trade promotions and retailer engagement programs
Monitor sales performance and suggest corrective actions
5. Consumer Insights & Research
Conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback
Use data to improve product offerings and marketing strategies
6. Budget Management
Prepare and manage brand budgets
Optimize marketing spend to ensure ROI
7. Digital & Social Media
Oversee digital marketing initiatives and online brand presence
Manage social media campaigns and influencer collaborations
8. Compliance & Quality
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and labeling standards
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
