Key Highlights:
• Partner with business leaders to drive people agenda across stores
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle – hiring, onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Act as a strong HR connect for store teams
• Drive key HR metrics including attrition, productivity, and compliance

• 2–5 years of HRBP experience
• Candidates with retail HR exposure will be preferred
