Key Requirements
✔ Experience: 15+ years of experience in Channel Sales / General Trade (GT) within the FMCG industry (Hygiene or Baby Care category experience will be an added advantage)
✔ Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
✔ Core Responsibility: Driving Business Development, Sales Growth & Market Expansion
✔ Channel Expertise: Strong experience in Distribution Management & General Trade operations
✔ Leadership Skills: Proven ability in Team Handling, Sales Strategy Execution & Territory Development
✔ Market Network: Strong distributor and trade network across South Region.
✔ Age Criteria: Up to 50 years
