Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of backend development experience with strong focus on Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
Must have worked as SDE-2 or SDE-3 for at least 2.5 years in a Decacorn / reputed product company
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Strong understanding of distributed systems, multithreading, and asynchronous programming
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Hands-on exposure to Kafka/RabbitMQ and Redis/Memcached
Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Must have worked on core product/platform engineering teams
Strong ownership mindset with experience in HLD/LLD, scalability improvements, and backend architecture decisions
Resume should clearly mention measurable impact like throughput, latency optimization, scalability, reliability, cost optimization, or user impact
Candidates from top fast-scaled product companies, unicorn startups, or tech-first global companies preferred
Must have minimum 2 years stability in previous companies
B.Tech in Computer Science or related field preferred (Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges preferred)
Open to working 5 days from Bangalore office
