Scrabble is partnering with a high-growth ERP organization to hire a Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 𝗡𝗖𝗥

This is a leadership role owning a partner-led revenue engine, focused on scaling growth across India and international markets.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:
• Have 20+ years of experience in channel-heavy businesses
• Own and scale the partner ecosystem
• Drive partner productivity and revenue growth
• Build GTM strategy for partner onboarding and expansion
• Lead large cross-functional teams
• End-to-end ownership of partner-led revenue growth
• Bring strong reseller/partner ecosystem expertise
• Have proven success in scaling partner networks & improving productivity
• Have owned revenue and driven growth at scale
• Have experience across India + international markets
