Break Into VC™ is hiring for an AI Services company building at the intersection of enterprise AI adoption and implementation.
This is a high visibility, founding role focused on building and scaling the company’s sales engine across India and the US.
The Role:
• Build pipeline across India and US markets from day one
• Sell end-to-end (retainers, projects, advisory) no handoffs
• Activate existing network and drive initial client conversations
• Close 3–5 anchor clients and make them referenceable
• Build GTM playbook for India and US markets
• Drive market feedback (pricing, positioning, competition)
• Hire and build the sales team over time
What We’re Looking For:
• 6–12 years experience in B2B services sales (IT / consulting / AI / data)
• Strong network of enterprise decision-makers in India
• Experience selling to / working with US clients
• Ability to sell outcomes, not just products or features
• Strong understanding of AI / tech ecosystems
• Builder mindset with high ownership
📍 Location: Gurgaon
💰 Salary: Up to 48 LPA fixed + 70–90 LPA OTE + Equity and Uncapped Commissions
