We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of **Area Sales Manager (ASM)** based at Ahmedabad.

### Experience Required
* Minimum **10 years of FMCG sales experience**
* Minimum **2+ years of experience in an ASM role**
* Strong exposure to General Trade distribution management
* Experience in handling distributors, sales team management, and market expansion
### Key Responsibilities
* Drive primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory
* Manage and develop distributor network
* Lead and motivate frontline sales team to achieve business objectives
* Ensure market coverage, numeric distribution, and visibility execution
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends
* Deliver volume growth, revenue targets, and market share gains
* Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and merchandising initiatives
* Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers
### Desired Skills
* Strong leadership and team handling capabilities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Analytical mindset with business planning ability
* Good understanding of FMCG market dynamics
* Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting systems
### Preferred Candidate Profile
Age limit is 40 years.
* Graduate / MBA preferred
* Candidates with stable FMCG career progression will be preferred
* Strong knowledge of Gujarat market will be an added advantage
