We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Head to spearhead the marketing efforts for a premium alcoholic beverage portfolio. This role focuses on driving growth and brand equity for whisky and premium spirits across key African markets.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for whisky and premium beverage brands.
Brand Growth: Drive brand positioning, visibility, and market share across diverse regions.
Campaign Management: Lead product launches, high-impact campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Market Intelligence: Analyze consumer insights, competitor strategies, and emerging market trends.
Commercial Synergy: Collaborate closely with sales and distribution teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
Full-Funnel Marketing: Manage ATL, BTL, and digital marketing landscapes.
Performance Tracking: Oversee budgets, ROI analysis, and overall marketing performance.
Team Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performing marketing department.
Candidate Requirements
Expertise: 14+ years of experience in FMCG or the Alcoholic Beverages industry (Whisky experience is a significant advantage).
Track Record: Proven success in scaling brands and driving commercial growth.
Skill Set: Strong proficiency in brand management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical decision-making.
Regional Knowledge: Extensive experience operating within African markets is highly preferred.
Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
