HR Manager | Bangalore (WFO)
We’re hiring for one of our customers — a fast-growing company in the AI (Agentic Voice Bots) space.
Looking for a high-ownership HR Manager who can help scale the team and build strong people practices from the ground up.
This role will own Talent Acquisition + HR Operations end-to-end, working closely with founders and business leaders.
🔹 Strong experience across TA + HRBP/Generalist
🔹 Proven ability to scale teams in fast-growing environments
🔹 Experience hiring across tech + business roles
🔹 Comfortable operating independently with high ownership
