We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our dynamic FMCG team and drive sales growth across assigned territories.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers & wholesalers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
• Execute promotional campaigns & merchandising strategies
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports & forecasts
• Ensure adherence to company policies and brand guidelines
