Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive sales growth in the SSO/SSMT channel through effective execution of sales and marketing strategies, expansion of market coverage, and strong management of key accounts and distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory
Expand coverage across SSO/SSMT outlets (national, regional & local formats)
– Manage and retain key accounts while building strong relationships
– Appoint and manage distributors for effective market servicing
– Execute sales and marketing plans in line with business objectives
– Monitor performance and drive continuous business improvement
Lead, guide, and mentor SSOs/field staff
