We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Accounts & Finance function in a fast-growing Agro Industry organization.
🔹 Role: Leadership – Accounts & Finance
🔹 Industry: Agro / Agri Business
🔹 Experience: 8–15+ years (Leadership experience preferred)
💼Key Responsibilities:
• Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
• Finalization of accounts & statutory compliance
• GST, Income Tax, Audit & regulatory handling
• Team leadership and process optimization
• Strategic financial decision-making & MIS reporting
🌱What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified CA with strong domain expertise
• Experience in manufacturing / agro / agri-input sector preferred
• Leadership mindset with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
