🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete financial operations including accounting, budgeting & forecasting
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits & corporate governance norms
• Manage cash flow, working capital & financial planning
• Provide strategic financial insights for management decision-making
• Lead MIS reporting, financial analysis & performance monitoring
• Coordinate with banks, investors, auditors & regulatory authorities
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Build and manage a strong finance & accounts team
✅ Requirements:
• Qualified CA / MBA Finance or equivalent
• 12–18+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation & compliance
• Experience handling audits, banking & investor relations
• Strong analytical, leadership & decision-making skills
