*Role Purpose*
Lead the regional sales team to drive aggressive growth by generating business from new and existing customers through strong relationship management and strategic business development.
*Key Responsibilities*
Lead and manage a regional sales team (6 direct reports; total team size: 9)
Drive sales growth across South India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, AP, Telangana)
Develop and execute regional sales strategy and business plans
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor
*Key Challenges*
Handling B2B solution-based sales with high technical complexity
Competition from international brands
Managing fluctuating material costs and cyclical demand
Building a technically strong and high-performing sales team
Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions
Monitor sales pipeline, order closures, and collections
Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
Ensure timely MIS reporting and performance tracking
