We’re hiring a seasoned HR professional with 10–15+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Leadership roles. This role requires strong expertise in driving HR strategies and managing end-to-end HR functions in dynamic environments.
Key Requirements:
• Strong exposure to staffing/recruitment organizations (US/APAC staffing preferred)
• Proven experience in handling multi-business HR environments
• Expertise in policy design, SOP creation, and HR governance
• Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities
