🎓 Qualification: MBA in Human Resources
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
• Monitor attrition trends and implement innovative retention strategies
• Lead end-to-end performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, annual evaluations)
• Coach managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and people management best practices
• Identify capability gaps and enable learning & development interventions
• Manage strategic HR initiatives such as talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of people programs
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 8–13 years of relevant HRBP.
✔ Strong expertise in employee engagement, performance management, and talent development
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
✔ High integrity, collaboration, and leadership mindset
✔ Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, product-led organizations is a plus
