🔹 What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience in Retail Sales & Project Sales in the building materials industry
* Hands-on experience in Tile Adhesives / Construction Chemicals segment
* Proven experience in team handling and team performance management
* Ability to manage dealers, distributors, and project clients
* Strong network with builders, architects & contractors
* Good understanding of Uttarakhand market dynamics
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth for Tile Adhesives across the region
* Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring target achievement
* Expand and strengthen dealer/distributor network
* Handle key projects and institutional sales
* Build strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders
* Monitor team performance and ensure business targets are met
