Area Business Head – HL / LAP (Affordable Housing Finance)
📍 Location: Rajahmundry
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Business Head to lead and scale our Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) business in the affordable housing segment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth for HL & LAP products in the assigned geography
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and execute regional sales strategies
Build strong relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and key stakeholders
Ensure portfolio quality, credit compliance, and risk management
Monitor competition and market trends to identify new opportunities
🔹 Key Requirements:
8–15 years of experience in Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking
Strong exposure to Affordable Housing, HL, and LAP products
Proven leadership experience managing large sales teams
Excellent understanding of the Rajahmundry market
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
