This role will lead end-to-end hiring strategy for a medium employee base and partner closely with business leadership to enable aggressive expansion plans. ⚠️ Candidates from Hi-Tech / Product / Startup / IT / BFSI / Consulting ecosystems will NOT be suitable. We are specifically seeking leaders from medium service-driven organizations. ⸻ 🎯 Role Charter •   Lead enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy and execution
  • •Manage high-volume and leadership hiring across functions •   Build scalable hiring frameworks for growth
  • •   Partner with business heads on workforce planning •   Drive employer branding initiatives
  • •   Optimize sourcing channels and vendor ecosystem
  • •   Implement TA analytics, dashboards, and process rigor •   Build and lead large TA teams
  • •   Ensure strong candidate experience and employer reputation ⸻ 🧭 Ideal Candidate Profile
  • ✔ 15–22 years total experience in Talent Acquisition ✔ Currently in AVP/VP/Head-level TA role
  • ✔ Experience handling organizations with 2000+ employees ✔ Background in brick & mortar service industries (education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, aviation etc.)
  • ✔ Proven employer branding experience
  • ✔ Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership
  • ✔ Ability to manage scale, complexity, and speed simultaneously
  • ✔ Hands-on leadership style with strategic orientation ⸻ ❌ Not Suitable For ✘ Hi-Tech / Product / Pure IT / BFSI services hiring leaders
  • ✘ Startup-only backgrounds without large-scale experience
  • ✘ Individual contributors or team leads without enterprise exposure
  • ✘ RPO-only profiles without in-house ownership ✘ HR generalists without deep TA leadership experience ⸻ 📍 Location Bangalore (on-site) 💰 Compensation ₹50–60 LPA (depending on fit) ⸻
