Senior Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Bangalore | Global Tech Teams
We are looking for a Senior Manager – HRBP to partner with our India, US, and Philippines technology teams and drive high-impact people strategies in a fast-paced, global BPM environment.
What You’ll Do
Partner with business leaders as a trusted HR advisor
Drive workforce planning, org design, and capability building
Lead employee engagement, retention, and experience initiatives
Own performance management and talent review processes
Enable succession planning and leadership development
Use people analytics to drive data-backed decisions
Support change management and transformation programs
Collaborate with TA, L&D, and Rewards teams for HR solutions
Who We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist roles
Strong exposure to IT / Product / Tech / BPM environments
Experience managing mid-to-large teams (200–500+ employees)
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Good understanding of people analytics and HR strategy execution
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Location
Bangalore | Work From Office | Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM
