Human Resources Executive (HRBP)

About the Role:
Cogent is hiring a dynamic HR professional to join our team. This is a remote opportunity for candidates with strong HR fundamentals and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness
Handle employee grievances and ensure effective resolution
Maintain HR data and drive insights using a data-driven approach
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Maintain high attention to detail in all HR operations
Requirements:
4–5 years of relevant HR experience
Strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
Comfortable working in night shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience in handling HR operations and employee lifecycle
