Delhivery — India’s leading logistics and supply chain organisation — is looking for a passionate and experienced Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Ludhiana.
About the Role:
We are seeking an #HRBP with a strong logistics or operations background, capable of driving people strategy, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
2. Manage end-to-end HR processes including talent management, employee engagement, and performance. Lead manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and capability development.
3. Drive HR initiatives focused on productivity, retention, and culture building.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 5–8 years of experience in #HRBP roles, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors.
2. Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
3. MBA/PG in HR or related field preferred.
