AI Voice Agent Intern

We’re looking for an intern to work directly with the founders at QuensultingAI and help us build production-grade AI voice agents for real clients using RetellAI.
This role is for builders who genuinely enjoy AI, voice technology, prompting, and automations.
What you’ll work on:
• Building conversational flow voice agents using RetellAI
• Prompt engineering & conversation design
• Creating automations using n8n / Make.com
• Python-based integrations & workflows
• CRM integrations (HighLevel, etc.)
• Real-world customer support & sales voice agents
Requirements:
• Experience building conversational flow agents in RetellAI
• Strong prompting / LLM workflow understanding
• Familiarity with n8n or Make.com
• Python knowledge for automation
• Bonus: CRM experience (HighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
You’ll be working directly with founders on real client deployments.

Take-Home Assignment:
Build an AI Receptionist Voice Agent for a Clinic using RetellAI.
Requirements:
• Must be built using Conversational Flow in RetellAI
• Single-prompt or multi-prompt agents will NOT be considered
• Handle inbound calls naturally
• Book appointments
• Answer FAQs
• Handle interruptions & fallback scenarios
• Collect caller details
• Escalate to a human when needed
Automation Requirement:
• Connect the agent with n8n OR Python automation
Mandatory Integrations:
• Save caller details into Google Sheets or Airtable
• Trigger confirmation email/webhook after booking
Submission Must Include:
• Resume
• RetellAI demo/agent JSON file
• n8n workflow or Python code
• 3–5 minute Loom walkthrough explaining your setup
