Locus.sh is looking for a strong Backend Java Engineer with hands-on experience building scalable distributed systems and high-performance backend platforms.
🔍 Key Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of backend engineering experience with Java, Spring & Spring Boot
✅ 2.5+ years working as SDE-2 / SDE-3 in Decacorn or high-scale product companies
✅ Strong expertise in Microservices & REST APIs
✅ Hands-on experience in Distributed Systems, Multithreading & Async Programming
✅ Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
✅ Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ and Redis/Memcached
✅ Exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker & Kubernetes
✅ Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines & modern DevOps practices
✅ Experience owning backend systems end-to-end with measurable scale/performance impact
