D2C Manager – eCommerce


– We’re looking for a D2C Manager who can drive growth, execution, and day-to-day business performance across our direct-to-consumer channels.

– This role requires someone who understands how modern consumer brands scale online – across Shopify, performance marketing, retention, product launches, and customer behavior.

– You should be comfortable working across functions, solving problems quickly, and making -business decisions backed by data.

What You’ll Own :

– End-to-end D2C business operations

– Shopify performance and website management

– Revenue tracking and category-level growth

– Coordination with performance marketing, creative, and retention teams

– Product launches and campaign execution

– Conversion rate optimization and customer journey improvements

– Monitoring business KPIs like ROAS, CVR, AOV, retention, and repeat rate

– Identifying growth opportunities across the funnel

What We’re Looking For :

– 4-8 years experience in D2C or e-commerce brands

– Strong understanding of Shopify and online consumer businesses

– Experience working closely with growth and performance marketing teams

– Strong analytical and execution skills

– Ability to manage multiple moving priorities

– Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments

– Experience in consumer, lifestyle, kids, beauty, fashion, or FMCG brands preferred
