What You’ll Own
– Managing end-to-end execution of brand and marketing projects
– Coordinating between creative, content, growth, and external partners
– Campaign timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness
– Content calendars and workflow management
– Vendor and agency coordination
– Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
– Creating systems and processes for smoother execution
– Managing operational bandwidth across teams
What We’re Looking For :
– 4-7 years experience in brand operations, marketing operations, or project management
– Strong organizational and coordination skills
– Ability to manage multiple moving projects simultaneously
– Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– Detail-oriented and highly execution-focused
– Experience in consumer, D2C, lifestyle, or startup brands preferred
