Director – Channel Partnerships | Mumbai
At Lendingkart, we’re looking for a dynamic leader to head our Channel Partnerships function and drive strategic growth.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10–15 Years
What you’ll lead:
• Develop and execute the overall channel partnership strategy aligned with business goals
• Identify and onboard strategic partners — DSAs, fintech platforms, aggregators, marketplaces, NBFCs, banks, and more
• Build and nurture long-term partner relationships to drive mutual growth
• Own revenue targets and key performance metrics for the partnerships function
• Design scalable partnership models, commercial structures, and incentive frameworks
• Collaborate across sales, product, risk, marketing, and operations for seamless execution
