We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Director / Head of Engineering with a well-known organization based in Pune.
🔹 Experience: 20–25 Years
📍 Location: Pune
🔧 Key Responsibilities & Requirements
20–25 years of experience in software product R&D and development, with strong leadership exposure
Proven track record of building and scaling software products/platforms (mandatory)
Strong expertise in application architecture, API development, and distributed systems
Experience in leading large engineering teams and senior leaders
Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures
Strong business acumen with ability to align engineering with business goals
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
⭐ Preferred / Good to Have
Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Domain expertise in Logistics & Supply Chain
Exposure to automation, robotics, or IoT in logistics environments
