Head / Director – Applied AI & Data Science | #Bengaluru | CTC up to INR 3 Cr
We’re partnering with a high-growth, AI-driven Series D-funded tech company to hire a seasoned AI leader.
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Has 18+ years in Applied AI / Data Science / ML Engineering
• Has built and deployed ML systems across batch, streaming & real-time
• Brings strong leadership experience (leading teams up to 40 people)
• Has worked in global environments and driven product & strategy
You’ll work on:
~ Real-time decisioning, personalization & recommendation systems
~ Scalable AI architecture (microservices, cloud, distributed systems)
~ 0–1 and 1–N product journeys with strong business impact
~~ Tech: Python, Spark, Kafka, AWS/GCP/Azure, TensorFlow/PyTorch
