Base Location: #Delhi
Experience: 15+ Years
CTC: Up to 40 LPA
Industry Preference: Paint / POP / Putty / Plaster
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in the North India market
Ability to handle and expand Pan India operations
Proven track record in team leadership and scaling sales teams
Deep understanding of channel sales, dealer/distributor network
Strategic mindset with focus on revenue growth and market expansion
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute national sales strategy
Lead, mentor, and manage large ales teams across regions
Strengthen distribution and dealer etwork across India – Drive revenue targets and ensure insistent business growth
Build strong relationships with key ikeholders and partners
