A fast-growing AgriTech company building AI-powered products for farmers (crop advisory & dairy health) is looking for a senior leader to own and build the entire B2B revenue engine from scratch.
🧩 What You’ll Lead
– Build and scale the B2B revenue pipeline across two product lines (agri & dairy)
– Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting → deal structuring → closing
– Drive pre-sales for two LLM-based tech products
– Develop commercial playbooks (pricing, pilots, contracts) for different customer segments
– Open and manage relationships with large enterprises
🎯 Ideal Profile
– 8–12 experience selling B2B tech into agri / dairy / climate / FMCG ecosystems
– Strong track record of closing large enterprise deals
– Deep understanding of ICPs
– Self-starter who can build from scratch and operate with ambiguity
– Comfortable with long sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes
– Ability to balance execution + strategic thinking
