National Sales Head (Offline) : Pune

Michael Page has been mandated to hire a National Sales Head (Offline) for a well-funded, profitable and fast-growing beauty & personal care brand.
 
Non-Negotiable Requirements:

– Location: Pune
– Strong network within General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels, in the BPC (Beauty & Personal Care) segment
– Proven experience in distributor and retailer management & coordination
– Willingness to travel extensively in setting up the offline business from scratch
– 8-15 years of total work experience, out of which 5 years of FMCG sales experience is mandatory.
– Tier-1/ Tier-2 MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
– Previous experience in legacy FMCG brands in the home care/personal care space preferred.
– Deep understanding of the Indian D2C ecosystem
